I paid the extra 50$ to crossgrade from Virtual Vinyl to VDJ Pro just so I could get the software updates sooner which I made back tenfold in one night. Invest in your future, because if you notice, Vdj Pro is getting better with every release!!!!!!!! No, I don’t work for Atomix, but I love the product. I compared the different software, and realized that Vdj Pro was the best. It was better than Traktor le, but it was still crap. If you disagree, then you should get a manager who will!!!!!! The very same day my RMX arrived, Just as you, I found out that Vdj le was B.S. If you “work”(make money) as a Dj, you should keep all your gear, and software at the highest level possible. You don’t like the le version that’s shipped with RMX, go holler at the Hercules people. Annoying or not! Go buy the Pro version! That’s what we all have to do, whether it RMX, or Melodyne, etc… You want the best, you buy the best! There’s a big difference in hidden costs, and paying for improvement. a discount on hidden costs doesn't exactly float my boat. it should have been working with the software provided, without any hidden costs. Thank you for the tip! i still find it though rather annoying that i need to pay extra money to make my rmx work. It just works, thats what macs are meant for :) Audio is fantastic and no latency problems and clicks and all that crap.
Now my mac side is 100 times better then the bootcamp side. There is a temporary fix though, when you load onto the track and get the yes or no question, unplug the steel then you can click yes or no with no problems and no crashes. Please fix this asap as i want to DJ with peace of mind. There is an error between Steel and VDJ - If you load a track onto a deck, then by mistake while the song is playing load another song on the same deck, you get a warning (something about loading a song on a deck that is currently playing.) Now regardless if you say yes or no.CRASH. Crashing when closing down the program (i dont like crashes) 2. I am a Steel user, few more things need to be polished. A few problems though, i will say it here but if its best to start a new thread i will. The club was very pleased and was asked to stay on longer as people were having such a great time. Finally mac VDJ can be used wahooooo, been waiting so long for this day. If you are getting into the world of DJ and mixing, MixMeister Fusion is the perfect choice because it goes one step further than the rest of similar programs.:) ok well last night i took the chance :) and played my first live Mac VDJ Set (normally i bootcamp it).
